Jurupa Valley Mixed-Use Center

Situated over 20 acres, this proposed mixed-use development sits along a major highway in Jurupa Valley. MDB worked with developer to provide a Master Plan and Architectural designs for approximately 100,000sf of commercial space and 20 single family homes.

Calimesa Apartments

MDB worked with the developer to provide Master Planning and Architectural Design for the entitling of this 8-acre site, including 275 residential units.

CCCU San Dimas & Covina

MDB has been serving CCCU for 40 years, providing Design / Build services to support the Credit Union’s two facilities in Covina (24,000sf) and San Dimas (26,000sf). In addition, MDB recently renovated an existing 15,000 sf single story office building into the Credit Union’s new 2-story 25,000sf corporate offices.

MDB provided architectural and interior design services for this approximately 100,000sf school in Huron, South Dakota. This work was split into two phases, with the most recent phase including a 30,000sf auditorium and practice gym addition.

Renck Community Center

MDB provided Master Planning and architectural design services for the new Community Center and Pool Building. The Master Plan also included design for the adjacent skateboarding park.
